Biography
Lloydy injured his cruciate ligaments just three games into his debut season with Magdalen 1st XI and was thus cruelly denied the opportunity to strut his stuff on the grand stage of college football. Luckily it turned out that our 5 foot 10 inch right-back was better than him in goal anyway, so it didn't matter too much. His rehabilitation has not gone as well as (he) hoped, and thus he may end up missing up to half of the forthcoming season too.
On the bright side for Tom, this means that he will be able to spend (even) more time with his girlfriend, Amy (a scenario which surely wouldn't drive her to such lengths as going on big brother, rofl - ed.). Rumours abound that they have requested to be physically joined at the hip, in a bizarre reverse- siamese twin separation operation. Camillo Lamanna, a spokesman for Lloyd, refused to confirm or deny the story.
Lloyd's height, slender build and baguette chewing technique have seen him hilariously compared to a giraffe.
